'One Act Theatre Festival' Best-Of
Opens Friday, February 5th
 Venture Theatre presents the fifth annual "One Act Theatre Festival," opening Friday, February 5th at 8pm.
The show is a "best of" compilation featuring 13 one act plays from the past four years, and a medley of scenes from all the other full length plays. All the scenes are locally written. When? - 8pm every Friday & Saturday, February 5th through February 27th, 2010

Every Weekend In February
 As avid fans of ComedyCity, you know that we like to spice things up with themes once in a while. Well, once in a while is going to be EVERY WEEKEND IN FEBRUARY! Check out what's going on...
February 5 & 6 - President's Weekend: We're celebrating President's Day (a little early). So, look for presidential shenanigans throughout the weekend, and if you dress as your favorite president, we'll give you $2 off your admission. Bonus points if you can name the 13th President.
February 12 & 13 - Valentine's Weekend: Celebrate with your sweetie... couples get 2-for-1 admission. Singles, well, you get $2 off, so find yourself a date and save even more.
February 19 & 20 - Retro Weekend: We're gonna throwback to a simpler time... at least 6 months ago. Look for concession specials, old uniforms (and/or old players) and general old-timeyness.
February 26 & 27 - Everything Must Go Weekend: It's the final weekend before we move to the Sports Corner. As such, we don't want to move any of our old junk to the new place - so, we'll be auctioning off various authentic pieces of ComedyCity memorabilia. You might score the deal of a lifetime. Antiques Roadshow here we come!

We're Moving to the
Sports Corner in March  Ok. We're really, truly, 100% for sure on this one... seriously, stop snickering.
As of March 1st, 2010, The Sports Corner in downtown De Pere will be our new permanent home. The first shows at the new venue, will be Friday & Saturday, March 5th & 6th.
Pretty much everything you know and love about our shows - the format, the players, the showtimes, the prices and the family-freindly hilarity - will stay the same. Just the place we're doing them will change. And it's not really that big of a change - we're only moving about three blocks or so.
The address of the new venue is 500 Grant Street, De Pere, WI 54115 on the corner of 5th & Grant, next to the Nicolet Restaurant.
Please Note: We're moving to the Sports Corner,
not to be confused with Coaches Corner off of highway 41.

ComedyCity 28-Hour Marathon

 Mark your calendar's for Friday & Saturday, March 26 & 27 - that's when we're gonna be improv-ing it up for the ComedyCity 28-hour Marathon of Comedy to raise money for local children's cancer charities.

Free Late Night Fun
Saturdays After Shows
  Every Saturday night features a little extra fun and excitement after the late show. And best of all, it's FREE!
"Late
Night Prime Time" is our long form improv show. Rather than short
bursts of improv comedy, this show features longer scenes and character
development. The show runs 30-45 minutes.
The "Late Night Movie Show" includes 20-30 minutes of short videos shot by the creative folks here at ComedyCity and starring us as well. They're hilarious!
Shows start about 11:15pm - after the late ComedyCity show wraps up. Content is rated PG-13, but it's late so the little kids shouldn't be up anyway. Here's the upcoming Late Night Lineup: February 6: Late Night Movie Show February 13: Late Night Prime Time
