Dear friends, patrons, and guests of The Green Room/ComedyCity:
COVID-19 (Coronavirus) continues to be front and center in the news and society, and will be for the near future. While the risk in Wisconsin is low, with the amount of attention this is getting we thought we'd reach out to let you know a couple of things.
- Our shows will go on. Goodness knows we could all use a few extra laughs in our lives, and as long as we have healthy performers, we'll keep doing our thing.
- We'll be flexible. Not feeling the greatest? Seriously, don't come...we'll re-schedule or refund your tickets. Just ask nicely, and we'll do it. We'd rather have you hang at home then come and risk spreading whatever it is you have. You don't need to use sickness as an excuse though...if you just don't feel like being around others right now, that's cool too. Just promise you'll try to come
to a future show. With that, we'll permit cancellations up to showtime, as long as you let us know. Pre-paid reservations that do not show for the performance with no notification will be charged, just as always.
- We're clean people (really). While we've always kept our theatre as clean as possible, we're doing even more daily cleaning to keep surfaces disinfected. We also are fine with BYOHS (Bring 'yer own hand sanitizer).
- Our bathrooms have hot water, soap, and paper towels. You should wash your hands a lot, we'll help with that. I mean, we'll provide the stuff, you provide the motivation...see, it's all about working together! (Oh yeah, we have extra toilet paper too, no need to hoard and/or bring your own).
- We'll monitor things and adjust as needed. As a lot of things around this virus keep evolving, we'll adjust things and be sure to let you know right away.
- We appreciate your business, and so do our neighbors. We hope you'll keep supporting our theatre, and our neighboring businesses as well. We're all small business owners and employ many of your neighbors and friends. We're all in this together, and we hope that you'll come out to enjoy great events and great nights in DePere!
