Week 4 of Rogue Comedy Month offers a variety of fun
Three very special shows hit the stage at ComedyCity this weekend. The
action kicks off with Sci-Friday. It's two shows heavily influenced by some sci-fi classic television shows. The first is Nighttime Area, ComedyCity's tribute to The Twilight Zone. The audience will help craft the twists and turns of a story that will walk the line of reality. The second half of Sci-Friday will feature Science Jump, which is a riff on the series Quantum Leap. This show features Sam Bucket, who
travels through time inhabiting the bodies of various people. The who and when will be provided by the audience.
Saturday starts with Batsu! Green Bay. In this high-energy, fast-paced improv competition, players will face off in a series of wild and unpredictable challenges. But unlike most games, doing your best
won’t be enough—because in Batsu, the loser of each round gets punished. Or as we like to say, “funished.”
The main event of Saturday is ImprovMania. This is a show where improv meets professional wrestling as six very unique characters face off with the ultimate goal in mind: winning the ComedyCity Improv
Championship! Over-the-top entrances, backstage interviews, and heated rivalries will be on display from superstars such as WaJon, The PuppetMaster, and Screamin' Susan Iverson.
