ComedyCity Theatre is Rogue Comedy Month! That means we are trying a bunch of fun stuff we don't normally do. That continues this Friday with two very special shows.
Do you remember when we used to do the Red vs. Blue style shows? Yeah you do. So do we. We're bringing back that format on Friday night with Throwback Night: Battle of the Generations. 3 of our alumni are returning to wear the red/blue as they face off against our current generation
of players! We'll be playing with old school rules and you, the audience, will help decide the winner!
Throwback Night: Battle of the Generations
When: Friday, August 12 at 7:30 PM Where: ComedyCity Theatre (The Green Room)
Six improvisors will square off in a competition that some might call a Powerpoint battle or slideshow karaoke. That's because the
players will be presenting slides that they have never seen before. That's not the only catch. The audience will be providing suggestions for the subject of each presentation. We could see Ted Talk slides about a puppet show or vacation slides referring to a trip to the Mars Cheese Castle. Anything could happen! Six players will enter. One will leave as champion.
